If you have planned to visit Thailand, then also keep in mind that Visa on Arrival is considered in Thailand only when you are not going to stay there for more than 30 days. Visa on arrival is given to you only for 15 days means your returning flight should be on 14th day otherwise your visa on arrival application can also be rejected.

After filling the application form correctly, submit it by standing in line. Remember, keep the above mentioned important documents with you, any documents can be asked from you.

You are taken a passport and visa on arrival form and card. After this you are given a token for which you have to wait in the waiting hall. After about 10-15 minutes the officials come and they show the token if you have the number then you go to them and you take your passport from them. Your passport will have a visa on arrival stamp.

How to apply visa on arrival online

To apply for Thailand e-Visa, first of all go to its official website. If you apply for an e-Visa through any other website, you may have to pay additional charges.

Step 1 : The first step in the E-VOA application is to register on the website. Provide all the information asked for and upload the required documents.

Step 2 : After providing all the required information, you need to make the visa fee payment through payment gateway. You can pay the fee using Mastercard, Visa and Union Pay Credit/Debit cards. Make sure that your card has ‘3D Secure System’ and is capable of international transactions.

Step 3 : After successful fee payment, you will get a file in .pdf format. It will contain information whether your e-Visa has been approved or not. You can then download and print your E-VOA.
